All entries are reviewed to meet our criteria. Kids' Space Foundation reserves the right to refuse registration entries or message postings. Portions of a posting message may also be refused or deleted without notice. When a registered user becomes 14, the account will be deactivated automatically.

Given the nature of anonymous communication, the Kids' Space Messaging System may result in the possibility of receiving objectionable messages. The system will scan messages for few words, but no control over the content of personal message exchange nor the consequences thereof.
If a message is harmful or threatening, a user may send a report to Kids' Space Foundation at abuse@ks-connection.org. Kids' Space Foundation has the right to read all exchanged messages and to deactivate user accounts at anytime.

Kids' Space Connection does not accept commercial banners or other advertisements. Supporters and donors are shown by icons with links to our supporter page.

Links to outside of Kids' Space connection are shown in Kids' Space News and Supporter Page. Kids' Space Foundation initially reviews these links but is unable to control changes to these sites or the sites they link to after KS review. The sites also are unable to control changes to other linked sites. Therefore, Kids' Space makes no guarantee as to the appropriateness of such linked contents.

• Teachers and children (under 13 years old supervised by a parent or a caretaker) can register.
• All registered information should be correct. Any conflicting information will be questioned.
• A registered user will keep the site free from harassment and discrimination.
• A registered user will keep the site free from any forms of commercial activities.
• A registered user will not reveal personal information that may cause others to identify him/her.
• A registered user will not make any attempt to meet other KSC members in real life.
