Why should I be under 13?

To serve young children better

Although we are a Not-for-profit organization and excluded from the regulation for children's on-line activities, COPPR, we follow the rules and concentrate on children's safety on the net. In the COPPR, the definition of "children" is those who under 13 years old, and we have decided to target our participants to elementary school children We believe that our commercial free service will help young children to communicate with others without being worried. We may ask your parent or caretaker to send us a document to varify your age when necessary.
