Can I register by myself?

No, if you are a child

If you are child and under 13 years old, you need to register with your parent or a caretaker. We may ask your parent or caretaker to send us a document to varify your age when necessary. If you are a teacher, please go on to your registration. To prevent someone from posing as a teacher, we may ask for a document from the school when necessary.
